Terms & Condition
Signed Sales Order/Email Approval upon Sales Order Documents is required to be valid. Order can be placed within 24 hours by fax +62 7508280 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will response within the next 24 hours working days, if any troubles do not hesitate to contact us directly. Additional Charges include: PPN/Government Tax 10%, Delivery based on destination area, 20%++ for order below minimum quantity).
Full payment must be received prior to delivery of the products. Payment is considered paid through receipts of fund. No COD are accepted.
Made to Order
A full payment of made to order services must be received to commence sample production. Samples approval can be revised of maximum 3 times or depending on material compositions based on initial written agreement. With our existing available colors charges occurs $100/material/color, else new development charges occurs $400/material/color.
Goods will be delivered on receipt of full payment only with agreement of order lead-time. All orders are delivered FOB from our factory with additional freight added to the invoice, with standard delivery fee to destination area.

Damages & Shortages
INNOVABRIC inspects and packs your order before delivery with standard quality and ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Goods should be inspected immediately on arrival with all exceptions noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery acceptance. All Claims for damage and or shortage MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Digital photographs of damaged goods will be required for replacement of damaged goods. Full damaged goods and packaging is required until any claim is settled. Any shortages of Goods are acceptable and confirmed on Sales Agreement.
INNOVABRIC do not issue returns or exchanges. If found good is damaged, it may be returned and subjected to approval by INNOVABRIC. Goods quality and quantity tolerance is informed and accepted upon agreement of sales, such as there may be slight variations in color, width, weight, hand feels/touch, or otherwise. Items cannot be returned for this reason. Approved Claim, only return 50% from invoice value and all goods must be returned to our factory. We do not accept claim other than our goods value.
Cancellations can only be accepted before payment is received.

Color Issue, due to the nature of textile dyeing, color may varies between different dyed lots is normal with acceptable tolerance range from 5-15% following Textile Standards acceptable level of color differences not by sights.
Natural Material Fabric, Linen/Cotton is not possible to obtain the same color between different lots of raw materials. To ensure consistency of Natural material fabric, it is recommends to order based on projection of material used over period of time or informed buyers of this issues on using Natural material to avoid problems in the future.
Grade Level, A small defect of up to 5 points is considered Grade A.
A medium defect of up to 10 points is considered Grade B.
A large defect of up to 15 points is considered Grade C.
Standard fabric width is 54″ – 122″ depending on the type of fabrics.
Packaging, A Standard Packaging for Goods to ensure the product arrives in good conditions.
Minimum order Quantity
Available Stock/Promo Goods, minimum order of 50m – 1 roll, for cut-length additional 20% occurs on price of the fabrics. For full production/No Stock, minimum order quantity ranges from 300/600/1000m depending on the fabric design, composition, and dyes minimum quantity.
We commit to produce faster with low minimum quantity on average of 1.5 months. Our Standard lead-time is 3 months considering the status production, fabric design and material.
Warranty / Guarantee
Warranty is limited to the replacement of the Goods of 50% to maximum of the same value with goods with approval from INNOVABRIC. This will NOT include labor costs or any other cost occurs. Warranty of 12 months from acceptance of the goods with proper handling, storage, and include document of purchase. Warranty will be avoided if one of these requirements is not met. See Returns.
Guarantee of our goods, it will perform as agree upon with the required specification of manufacturing standard. It is used under normal condition with the right maintenance and informed application of the fabric as intended.
